Lincoln Heights, Ohio — The Lincoln Heights Village Council on March 10 approved a package of resolutions affecting the sale of village real estate, authorized a street-improvement contract and took several administrative actions, with unanimous roll-call votes on each recorded item.
Council members amended Resolutions 2025 R14, R15, R16 and R17 to change the occupancy-readiness requirement in each item’s Section 2 from one year to two years. Each amendment was moved, seconded and approved on roll call; subsequent motions to suspend the rules, receive the resolutions for passage and adopt the emergency clause likewise passed with six aye votes. For R17 the council identified the property address as 1187 Jackson Street, Lincoln Heights, Ohio 45215.
