Randolph said the program offers funding for owner‑occupied homeowners to make critical exterior repairs that address code violations and safety concerns, including roofs, windows, siding, porches, gutters, painting, weatherization, foundation repair, walkways and driveways. "You can get up to $15,000 per household," Randolph said, and added that applicants must be homeowners who have occupied the property for 10 or more years and be current on real estate taxes or enrolled in a payment plan.
Randolph advised residents that forms are available at the village office and that applications must be submitted online or in person; funds are awarded on a first‑come, first‑serve basis until they are expended.
The announcement included contact information and a short URL for online applications, and council members confirmed the information would be posted on the village website.
