Lincoln Heights council approves bank signers, grants and capital projects; several items deferred

Council voted 6–0 to add Gains Brown as a signer on the general‑fund First Financial Bank account (Resolution 2025‑R‑78) and again 6–0 to add Gains Brown as a signer on the mayor’s court account (Resolution 2025‑R‑79). Council approved the emergency clauses and received the measures for passage during the meeting.
On an appointment, the council approved Resolution 2025‑R‑80, appointing Elizabeth Tye as magistrate of the mayor’s court under the Ohio Revised Code; the record shows one abstention on the first reading and a subsequent roll call reflecting approval (five ayes, one abstention recorded during the process).
Council also approved funding and project actions tied to local infrastructure and recreation.
