The Board of Architectural Review on Feb. 19 accepted an applicant-requested deferral for the BAR item concerning proposed alterations at 417 King Street (Taco Bell of America), citing weather-related issues that prevented the applicants from appearing.
Staff noted the applicants requested the deferral after being unable to make the docket because of weather. The board moved, seconded and accepted the deferral by voice vote with no opposition.
The item will be returned to the docket at a later date once the applicant and staff coordinate a new hearing time.
