A cemetery and lot modification for Westminster Presbyterian Church was approved (motion passed 6–0 with one recusal). A subdivision application to redivide an East Reid Avenue lot into two parcels for a semi‑detached dwelling by Classic Cottages LLC was approved 7–0.
The commission also initiated and unanimously recommended approval of a zoning text amendment and CDD 21 modifications later in the agenda so the listed consent items were handled in the context of the full meeting agenda.
