Christina Sibwe, section chief for community engagement at the Bureau of Iowa College Aid, said the reports were designed so counselors do not have to request data or learn a new system: “Student level FAFSA reports are the important part we’re going to talk about today,” she said. The reports pair FAFSA submission status with state enrollment files and arrive to designated local access managers as a simple PDF, with optional Google Sheets or Excel files for further analysis.
