The board then nominated and approved the 2026 slate, with the presiding official taking the presidency, Deputy Mayor Hofer as vice president, Director Hiller as secretary and Director Bradbury as treasurer; the clerk performed a roll call and the motion carried.
Deputy City Manager Copley led the conflict‑of‑interest review, advising board members they must disclose any material interest in a company that does business with the TDC and, if necessary, abstain from votes. He advised new members to mark the form with the year 2026 and existing members to indicate coverage for 2024–2026, and offered to answer questions and provide extra copies to the city clerk.
