House approves minutes, adopts maritime resolution by consent, refers House Bill 1570 to Rules and adjourns

Shortly afterward the House adopted a resolution recognizing the value of the domestic maritime industry. "House resolution 46 80 recognizing the value of the domestic maritime industry is adopted," the presiding officer said; "hearing no objection, so ordered."
A message from the Senate was read into the record by the clerk. The clerk stated that the Senate had passed a measure described in the reading as a "gross substitute senate ... 2 0 3," and cited Colleen Bahar, deputy secretary, in the message. The House acknowledged receipt of the message.
Under the fourth order of business the presiding officer announced that bills, memorials, and resolutions on that day's introduction sheet would be treated as first reading and referred to the committees designated on the sheet. By unanimous consent the House agreed to re-refer "house bill 15 70" from the Appropriations Committee to the Rules Committee; the presiding officer stated, "Hearing no objection, so ordered."
The session concluded on a unanimous-consent motion to adjourn. The House adjourned until 9:55 a.m. Friday, February 6, the 26th legislative day.
