House approves minutes, adopts resolution honoring joint operating agencies; refers bills, adjourns to Jan. 19

Under the fourth order of business, Speaker 1 said the bills, memorials and resolutions printed on the day's introduction sheet would be considered first reading and referred to the committees designated. An exception was noted for one bill: "Except House Bill 2,525, will be referred to the Postsecondary Education and Workforce Committee," Speaker 1 said, indicating House Bill 2525 (as listed in the transcript) would go to that committee.
The House adjourned by unanimous consent until 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 19, described in the record as the eighth legislative day: "With the consent of the House, the House will now adjourn until 10:30AM, Monday, January 19, the eighth legislative day... The house is now adjourned until 10:30AM, Monday, January 19."
