- Resolution 26017 — Authorize abatement of unsafe conditions at 612 3rd Avenue Southwest. Building described as imminently at risk of collapse; council approved the abatement by a recorded vote of 4–0.
- Ordinance 264635 — Pre-zoning request (143625) for a utility substation adjacent to Rubel Ring Park passed after a presentation from the utility representative and planning commission review. (Transcript contains inconsistent street numbering/spelling for the property; record indicates planning commission review in December.)
- Resolution 26034 — Approve professional services for intersection improvements (Sandlin Road at Beltline Road) for design of a right-turn lane; approved by vote.

- Resolution 26041 — Approve instructional structure and contract changes for recreation program instructors to improve accountability and fairness; approved 4–0.
- Resolution 26042 — Approve creation of a $170,000 program budget for a launch project at Point Mallard (staff said TVA approval is required and multiple donors are involved); transcript alternately refers to this item as a 'kayak' launch and later as a 'kite' launch. Many items in the packet were routine or administrative and were approved with little discussion.
