In votes recorded by roll call, the court approved minutes from Jan. 26, authorized participation in FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (an estimated $14 million for 45 home acquisitions), and adopted a resolution to provide a 12.5% local match for a Kentucky Product Development Initiative (KPDI) award related to the Wolf Pit Industrial Technology Park. "This is 45 homes that are gonna be relocated out of the flood plain," Judge Jones said as the FEMA item was considered.
