The work will be paid from the Capital Land and Park Improvements account (40591000592100). Staff estimated a $30,000 budget for the project, so the low bid is about $1,500 under budget.
A trustee asked whether the Kinderberg field is part of an ongoing land swap; staff confirmed the ball field area is not included in any land swap and the committee proceeded. The motion to award the contract to Munson carried by voice vote.
