A planning staff member said the schedule format is a continuing tradition. Commissioner (unnamed) moved to adopt Resolution No. 2025-2; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Earlier in the meeting the commission approved the Nov. 18 minutes by voice vote after a motion from a commissioner.
Staff also formally recognized Commissioner Chris Herrod, noting his two terms, contributions on land-use matters and presenting him with a token of appreciation and a meal to follow.
