Vice chair Hyer moved both ordinances; each passed on separate roll-call votes with recorded 'Aye' responses from council members present.
- Redevelopment Agency master plan: The Special Redevelopment Agency approved the project master plan for the mixed-use area at 768 W 24th Street (Resolution 2025-15) as required for projects inside the Track Line redevelopment area.
Council actions were taken after presentations from planning staff, public comment and staff clarifications; specific vote counts were recorded in roll calls for the ordinance and redevelopment votes.
