"Our county has made some significant strides in the last few years, having more inclusive and comprehensive breastfeeding policies so that our employees have the resources that they need, to be successful as they grow their families," Gardner said.
Gardner moved to approve the resolution and the motion was seconded; the moderator called for a vote and commissioners responded "aye." The audio record captured affirmative votes and the motion passed. The resolution is a formal recognition and the transcript did not record any associated budget, staffing or ordinance-level changes.
