WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — After the council adjourned on June 10, the West Valley City Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority and Building Authority held their scheduled sessions and approved routine financial and property actions.
Redevelopment Agency Chair Cindy Wood opened the RDA meeting and presented a budget amendment (Resolution 25-04) to reflect increased revenues and authorize disbursements for the FY24-25 year; the agency approved the amendment by unanimous roll call. The agency also adopted its FY25-26 annual budget (Resolution 25-05) and approved Resolution 25-06 to convey two parcels purchased for the Fairborn project to the city for Constitution Boulevard and Market Street rights-of-way; each resolution passed unanimously.
The Housing Authority convened, approved minutes and moved to amend the FY24-25 budget (Resolution 25-03) and adopt the FY25-26 housing authority budget; both motions passed by unanimous vote. The Building Authority similarly opened a public hearing and approved Resolution 25-04 to amend its FY24-25 budget and Resolution 25-05 for FY25-26 purchases; those motions also passed unanimously.
All three agencies completed their agendas with routine votes and adjourned. No substantive public objections or contested items were recorded in the transcript.
