After debate, a commissioner moved to deny conditional-use permit 26-1; Anderson seconded and the motion passed on a roll-call vote with all voting yes.
The board’s decision follows the planning commission’s recommendation and resolves the zoning application without conditions. No appeal or further administrative action was recorded in the meeting minutes.
