The motion was moved and supported and passed by roll call.
Commissioners and staff noted the city's sewer fund balance and the ability to manage potential volatility in sewer rates, and staff said the award is consistent with the city's capital and rate-planning work. No abstentions or negative votes were recorded in the roll call taken at the meeting.
Staff will proceed with contract execution consistent with the terms in the submitted proposal.
