Applicants argued that other lots in the subdivision were agriculturally zoned and being used for residential purposes, and they expressed frustration that the covenant had not been disclosed at purchase.
After discussion, a supervisor moved to deny the rezoning request; another supervisor seconded. The motion carried 6-0.
