Richardson told the board the owner indicated event sizes would be capped at roughly 100 people so the operation would not trigger special-event permits required for larger gatherings.
There were no public speakers opposed and the board approved the special exception by unanimous vote following a motion from a board member.
What happens next: staff will issue the permit consistent with the conditions discussed and will monitor compliance per county rules for special exceptions.
