"This list consists of seized guns and diamond rings set," she said, and on the federal side "four seized motorcycles."
A board member asked whether the listed forfeitures were criminal or civil; Ms. Jordan said she did not know immediately and offered to review the orders or invite Major Snap to a future meeting for clarification. One supervisor expressed reservations about civil forfeiture in principle. The board, however, approved the disposal motions 5‑0.
