The board also approved disbursements totaling $267,289.75 earlier in the meeting and recorded a PFA interest payment of $60,057.55. Routine motions to accept the agenda and to approve the Jan. 20 minutes were taken and carried by voice vote.
On personnel, the HR committee received four applications for the executive-director position and plans to interview candidates on March 9; Brian will sit on the HR committee as an alternate while Robert remains absent. The committee will bring a recommendation to the full board at the March meeting, at which the board may move to hire or reject the recommendation.
