The Nashua Zoning Board granted a special exception on Oct. 22 to allow the planting of six trees within a 40‑foot wetland buffer at 23 Wild Rose Drive (Wild Rose Condos).
Owner Mahmoud Cabousi said the trees were sourced locally and are similar to species already in the backyard; work would be done by hand with no heavy equipment. "These are approximately 6 foot tall, inch and a half in diameter... Just requesting to plant 6 trees," he told the board.
Board members noted the Conservation Commission had provided stipulations and that the proposal appeared intended to restore vegetation after prior disturbance. The board found the request met the special‑exception criteria, approved the application unanimously 5‑0, and noted the 30‑day rehearing/appeal period.
