The board noted that required engineering review for turnarounds and line‑of‑sight compliance would be handled at the planning department level.
The motion to approve included a specific condition that the applicant maintain landscaping so line of sight is preserved; the variance was approved unanimously and carries a two‑year implementation period as previously granted.
