CHEYENNE — Lawmakers advanced Senate File 107, a bill directing the Wyoming Department of Transportation to implement a single statewide motor vehicle registration and plate issuance system, amid debate over cost, timing and county integration.
Sponsor Sen. Nethercott said the bill is a companion to the committee's prior item and seeks to consolidate disparate county systems into a statewide platform.
