Board members and the agent agreed the applicant will add riparian plantings above the revetment and Spartina (marsh grass) plantings below, and the board conditionally waived the in‑lieu fee if the agreed plantings and revised drawings are submitted to staff and implemented as specified.
The board approved the permit for three years and directed the applicant to file revised plan drawings reflecting the plantings and any tree removals limited to compromised trees with exposed roots. Staff said the permit may not be exercised until 10 days pass for appeals.
