City staff: stormwater permit to be submitted next week; downtown alleys, MLK CDBG awaiting approvals

On the MLK CDBG project, staff said they are waiting on state review before ordering a survey and holding a project kickoff to finalize scope.
Commissioners asked about sequencing and possible Requests for Additional Information (RAIs). Staff said they do not expect a major RAI on the pending alley stormwater submittal and that once the stormwater package is submitted they will provide a more detailed schedule.
