Staff also proposed charging groups for time overruns (for example, by the half hour) to cover additional staff time. Committee members generally indicated comfort with the 10 p.m. weeknight cutoff and asked staff to draft the policy with clear language about cleanup and overage fees for inclusion in the next meeting packet.
