Speaker 1 introduced the meeting’s procurement slate and noted that the Recorder’s Office purchase for Land Governance is being paid from recorder document-storage fund fees rather than general county funds. "I'm really happy about this particular item because it shows ... it didn't come out of our funds," Speaker 1 said.
