Lebanon council approves consent agenda and multiple first/second readings including sewer, annexation and street projects

At its Feb. 17 meeting, the Lebanon City Council approved a slate of consent and business items by voice vote.

Consent: The council approved three consent items (Orders 267350–267352), authorizing budget amendments for the wastewater treatment plant emergency capital maintenance repairs and two sewer-related items tied to the Barton Creek interceptor and developer contributions.

Old business: The council approved a second reading to rezone 718 West Main Street from duplex residential to commercial mixed use (Order 267342). The council also approved annexation and right-of-way items to add portions of Martha Leibold/Leveau Road into Ward 4 (Orders and resolutions cited by staff).

New business and first readings: Council approved first readings or motions on multiple items, including a budget amendment to purchase rock salt for the street department (Order 267361); updates to hazardous-duty supplemental benefits (Order 267362); updates to utility billing policies (Order 267363); the 2026 street paving contract and related budget amendment (Order 267364); and the 2026 street striping contract and budget amendment (Order 267365).
