County staff: HUD rescission leaves Butler County's voucher program unchanged through August 2026; staff to propose transitional model

Staff reminded the board that it previously passed a resolution (cited in the meeting) directing development of a model that would include more transitional housing options alongside permanent supportive vouchers.
Staff said they will work with regional Continuum of Care partners and named staff members to develop proposals and return to the board over the next several months with ideas for implementing the board's directive.
