Water agreements: The board was presented with agreements to suspend certain sections of the county's water supply agreement effective 01/01/2026 through 04/30/2026 (with options for additional four‑month suspensions) and a proposed seventh amendment to the Butler County water contract with the City of Cincinnati to extend the current contract for one year (01/01/2026–12/31/2026) while negotiations continue with the City of Hamilton about purchasing water from two sources.
