A technical correction to previously recorded land documents drew committee approval on Jan. 21.
Mr. Shockley told the committee that several months earlier the MCCJPA had purchased property and recorded a flowage easement and related RIMP mortgage. "It was, several months ago, it was discovered that the recorded survey for the easement had inadvertently noted it as, zone 4 c instead of 4 A," Shockley said, explaining the board needed to consent to a corrective amendment to the easement and the mortgage.
A committee member asked whether the correction had any financial implication. Shockley responded, "Correct. It's it's just changing the survey." The committee moved, seconded and approved the amendment by roll call.
The committee then set its next meeting for Feb. 25, 2026, and adjourned.
