The board voted to dissolve the Williams County Microfilm Board after staff reported that the records center no longer produces microfilm and that digital archives and backups are now maintained. "Having microfilm created is becoming increasingly difficult," an Unidentified Speaker explained during the presentation; commissioners recorded the motion and it carried.
