Board approves PACE rehab final disbursements for 412 and 414 East 3rd

For the adjacent 414 East 3rd, staff said the final check amount was $5,812.20. Staff described work that included stabilizing a bowing basement wall, tuckpointing, repainting and repaired front steps.
A board member moved to approve both final PACE files; the motion was seconded and the board approved the disbursements by voice vote.
Board members and staff complimented the property owner and noted the PACE program’s role in preserving local historic facades.
