Staff said they would evaluate practicality and report back; the chief of police review and standard checklists were noted as part of any license process.
Council approved the waiver as presented and asked the recreation/arts committee (ACC) and staff to analyze whether an entertainment district or a one‑day temporary district would be appropriate and how to address cup types, enforcement and business participation.
