D'Amber Collective tells Danbury Board it’s mobilizing 100+ partners to tackle absenteeism and youth supports

Melissa Hannican, executive director of the Collective, told the board the organization formed in 2023 and now includes more than 100 community partners. She said the Collective follows a place-based model used in other Connecticut communities and is connected to a national network of similar initiatives.
