During the discussion, staff identified a price discrepancy between two vendor printouts and noted a $3,500 installation or fitment charge for the flatbed/salt-box and electrical work; the board asked staff to confirm that the $3,500 is the installation cost and moved to approve the purchase contingent on confirming the final quote number from Sourcewell. The motion to approve the National Auto Fleet Group purchase passed by roll call.
Staff said they will reach out to the vendor to nail down the $3,500 installation charge and proceed with administrative steps to finalize the order and delivery.
