City manager staff said the pages will include official biographies, term information, contact channels, district‑specific project updates, commission agendas and links to commission videos. The portal will also feature quick links for requests such as proclamations and a search tool that allows residents to enter an address to identify their district representative. Staff said the portal is a draft and will be shared with commissioners for review; the planned go‑live date is March 2.
Commissioners praised the initiative as a transparency and constituent‑service tool. Staff said the pages will pull the top five stories for each district and link to social media platforms as directed by each elected official.
Next steps: Staff will send commissioners draft page content for review before the March 2 launch.
