Plano planning commission approves consent agenda, announces staff reassignments

Plano — The Plano Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the consent agenda at its Feb. 16 meeting and received staff announcements about personnel changes.
Staff explained the consent agenda process and noted that items grouped on it are routine and typically noncontroversial. Commissioner Bronski moved to approve the consent agenda; a second was recorded and the presiding officer announced the motion passed 8–0.
Later in the meeting Mr. Bell made personnel announcements: “Henry Meneses has been reassigned to the city management's office as an executive assistant,” he said, and added that Lillian Baker will serve as the new voice of the commission’s remote meeting operations and Crystal Black has joined as an associate planner managing Zoom. The presiding officer asked whether there was any further business; none was reported and the meeting was adjourned at 8:06 p.m.
