Rhode Island Senate approves school bonds, rule changes and veterans’ plate transfer; adopts ceremonial resolutions

Providence — The Rhode Island Senate convened for a short legislative session and approved a series of local bills, bond authorizations and internal rule changes, and adopted ceremonial resolutions including a Pi Day proclamation and condolences for two recently deceased residents.
