FJUHSD unveils new mascots: Sonora’s 'Rowdy the Raider' and Fullerton Union’s 'Red Hawks'

The district will phase in new merchandise and uniforms over time and convert the third floor of the Fullerton library into a museum space to preserve historical artifacts and alumni donations.
Board members and the superintendent praised the collaborative process. The changes are administrative (communications and site implementation), and the board noted continued attention to honoring history while changing imagery.
