The Ross Town Council recorded several formal approvals at its April 4 meeting.
- Consent agenda: Approved by motion and roll call (5–0). Speaker 10 moved to approve the consent items; Speaker 14 seconded. Voting members recorded as voting aye were Council Member McMillan, Council Member Robbins, Mayor Breckis, Mayor Pro Tem Kircher and Council Member Coole.
- Resolution 2410 (200 Lagunitas Road): Adopted by roll call (5–0). Staff described exterior and interior alterations including cedar shingle siding, a stone base, two 180-square-foot dormer additions, a 131-square-foot garage addition to provide ADU access, and a new 115-square-foot covered entry. The architect (Speaker 20) was available for questions; no public comment was raised.
- Resolution 2411 (2 Bellagio Road): Adopted by roll call (5–0). Council amended Condition 3 so the approved sports court will be subject to future town rules on pickleball; the council also requested (nonbinding) that the applicant research quieter surfacing options.
- 12 Garden Road ADU: Approved with a screening condition (4–0; Mayor Breckis recused). The ADU is deed-restricted and staff said the restriction runs with the land and could be removed only by council action after 20 years.
All measures were adopted during the meeting; any separate use‑permit requests for nighttime lighting will return to the council for consideration.
