ADR members who visited the site said the massing and neighborhood context made the addition appropriate; members noted letters of neighbor support and that the elevated house had been previously lifted out of the floodplain.
Multiple ADR members voiced support during discussion. Staff will include ADR feedback when preparing a recommendation for the town council.
