Brad (Bart) Cragan explained that, after soliciting pricing from Diamond Rental and Rocky Mountain Rental, Diamond was the only vendor with the necessary 10x10 inventory. County purchasing and attorneys structured a five‑year agreement with a 3% annual allowance for inflation to provide predictable pricing and avoid repeated procurement work.
Commissioners voted to approve the contract so fair planning can proceed with reliable vendor supply and pricing for the multi‑year period.
