On the warrant list he noted the largest single payee was Central Weber Sewer Improvement District (about 49% or $582,000), with other notable items including title insurance, mechanical controls for the sheriff’s complex, VMware cloud support, and election services.
Commissioners moved to approve the consent items (with the stated exclusion) and the motion carried by voice vote. The minutes for Jan. 27 and Feb. 3 (item F5) were explicitly held out for later consideration because one commissioner had not had an opportunity to review them.
The approvals authorize staff to issue the listed payments and proceed with the described procurement items; no additional policy action was taken.
