She described a process that began in October 2023, included 128 community interviews and focus-group participants, and produced five implementation areas—build, enhance, amplify, sustain and create—intended to guide the organization’s next three years.
Milner described change-management work with long-tenured staff and said the Healthy Aging Center is the program that serves the most participants. Committee members asked about residential services (Milner said the organization does not provide housing but can assist families in locating affordable housing), measures of success (funder reporting and improved internal evaluation), and next steps for underspent funds.
