County postpones action on proposed residential energy performance disclosure ordinance

Commissioners and staff said county legal counsel were not available that morning; the board planned to hear legal advice as soon as counsel was available, anticipated as early as the next day, before deciding whether to move forward with any ordinance action.
No formal vote on the ordinance was taken during the work session. The board left the hearing on the afternoon agenda and asked staff to bring legal advice to the board before a final decision.
