Airport board approves arts and amenities policy framework to guide public art and exhibitions

Strand and other presenters emphasized creating a community‑based selection committee and professional standards so the program can support local and regional artists and present a coherent, long‑term collection.
Board members supported developing a final policy based on the approved outline and asked the committee to return with specific operating procedures and partnership agreements. The motion to approve the structure was moved and seconded; a roll call vote recorded board approval.
