Centricom to upgrade Mona lines to fiber; minimal drilling, two‑month stretch planned

The council discussed varying bore depths: city discussion cited depths of about 50 inches on a state road and a local location (near Delphox’s old house) that required digging closer to 7 feet in one spot.
Speaker 2 said he and a colleague had met with Centricom and that company representatives — including an Alex who lives on the local highway — were scheduled on the evening agenda to answer further questions and present the map.
